She has attended a post-graduate course in "Training and Organizational Development" at the University of Florence. She has three years of experience in the field of personnel selection, gained in various contexts, which permitted her to acquire ability in the administration of tests and in conducting assessment interviews. She has performed company consultancy related to the analysis of the company climate, potential, skills, and the work-related stress.

He earned his degree in Business Economics at the University of Padua in 2010. Following a period of collaboration performed initially with Studio Marchi as a person in charge of Selection, he currently acts as a Junior Recruiter. The knowledge acquired has been applied in the area of the Innovation Management, Company Organization and work flow and process Management. He deals with promotional contacts.

According to the rules of the ECSSA, Francesca Cicalini was granted the International Certificate of Consultant for Personnel Search and Selection – European Recruiter.
