collaboration with other Personnel Selection
Studios adhering to Confindustria Verona
and members of the Advanced and Innovative
Tertiary – Business Consultancy Section – of
which Gilberto Marchi was Chairman from March
2006 to September 2008 – now the Innovative and
Technological Services Section of Confindustria,
he has contributed to the drawing up of the
"Charter of Values" - a deontological code
to apply in relationships with consultants,
which Studio Marchi adheres to scrupulously and
with convinced participation. |

Studio Marchi is an Associate of ASSOCONSULT,
where Gilberto Marchi is Vice-Chairman;
following the merger of Assores with Assoconsult,
he maintained the function of coordinator of the
"ASSORES Sector", which represents
Companies that operate in the field of Personnel
Search and Selection, Executive Search and
Management Consultancy, Development of Human
Resources and Outplacement, adhering to its
trade deontological code. |

ASSORES – The Italian Association of
Search and Selection Agencies, Executive Search
Agencies and Management Consultancy Agencies for
Human Resources, has been an independent
benchmark for the sector for 20 years in Italy;
being aware of the critical nature of the
processes of search, selection and executive
search, the Association has drawn up a
Professional Code of Ethics, in accordance with
its members, which governs the overall activity
and correct process of selection with respect to
Customer Companies and Candidates.
"Assores Sector" Associates, who perform
the activity of Personnel Search and Selection
and Executive Search, upon becoming members of
the association, make a commitment to follow the
ethical professional standards, which are a tool
of self-discipline and favor the protection of
the image and professionalism of the service,
for market stakeholders who perform different,
but equally important roles: Customer Companies,
Candidates and Consulting Companies for the
Personnel Search and Selection and Executive
Search. |

Our Company achieved Final Authorization No.
1344/RS for the pursuance of the activity of
personnel Search and Selection and, at the same
time, was enrolled in Section IV of the Roll
of EMPLOYMENT AGENCIES, having complied with
all of the company, professional and
organizational requirements for the protection
of Customer Companies and Candidates, with the
measure of the Ministry of Labour and Social
Policy – General Management for Employment,
Orientation and Training – Division 1, in
accordance with art. 4, para. 2 of Legislative
Decree No. 276 dated September 10th, 2003. |
